Where do I find my player ID and kingdom?
Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the game. The profile screen shows your numeric player ID and your kingdom number, for example #2113.
Is it safe? Do you need my password?
No password or login is needed. Gift codes only need your player ID and kingdom, the same details anyone can see on your profile.
Why does it say "already claimed"?
Each code works once per player. If you or auto-redeem already used it, Kingshot rejects a second claim. Rewards from the first claim are still in your mail.
A code I found doesn't work
Codes expire or reach their usage limit. Check the spelling and capital letters. When a code keeps failing for several players, it is removed from the active list automatically.
